Usui Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing system introduced by Dr. Usui Mikao whereby the Reiki practitioner channels Universal Life Force energy

(or "chi").

We are all born with Reiki, for it is the energy of life itself. Usui Reiki reawakens and elevates this energy for the benefit and highest good of the practitioner and the client.

Reiki is a fully clothed session that can be performed either hands on or hands off and is a deeply relaxing experience that will leave you with a sense of well being.

Sessions are held in two locations: Wood River Farm in Hope Valley, RI and at

Stonington Natural Health Center

in Stonington, CT.
